How long until my order is dispatched? 

We aim to prepare and ship all orders within 5 business days of purchase. As we're a small business, the time in which we fulfill your order may vary depending on total orders. 

How long until my order is delivered?

As we're based in Australia, you can expect to receive your order within 4 business days in Victoria, and interstate within 6 business days.

International order times depend on the receiving country. See below durations:

Africa: 15 business days.

Asia / Pacific: 15 business days.

Europe: 17 business days.

North America: 12 business days.

South America: 15 business days.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We'll refund the shipping cost of the new order.


Costs

Shipping costs, much like delivery times, depend on your country of residence and total weight. Shipping is typically within $15 and $30.

We do not cover any import costs, including tariffs or taxes.


Delivery information

We will notify you once we’ve received, processed and shipped your order. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email that includes all relevant tracking information, including total cost, items, and expected delivery date.
